Listed below are the places that I use as resources for my art work.

How  do I pay for your websets, backgrounds etc. ?

- For now PayPal is the preferred method of payment.   Simply click the 'Buy Now' button and you will be taken through PayPal to complete the order.   Once I have been sent a payment notification from PayPal, I will send you a link where you will be able to download your order.   Please allow 24 hours for transactions.   I will try to respond to all payments A.S.A.P , but with time differences and having a four year-old daughter, I may not always be at my computer.  :)    However, if you would rather not use PayPal, contact me and we'll see if we can't work something out.  ;)

Why do some links not work?

- Well, I have tried to make sure things here flow smoothly, but if you can't seem to find what you are looking for please contact me and I'll fix the problem.

How can I use your graphics?

-   First, you will need a program that is able to 'unzip' files.   All my graphics are sent in zip files for quicker and easier downloading.   There are plenty of  freeware or trial programs out there if you do not already have one.   If you want to use my web sets you will need a program to use such files and an HTML editor.   Of course my 'freebies' are not in zips, as they are to be saved to your own computer by right clicking and then 'save picture as'.    Also see my terms, just to be sure!!  :)

Where do you get your graphics that you use in your art work?

- Listed above are the places that I have purchased memberships or other merchant resources that I use in creating my art work.   I also have used some of my own personal photos. 

Why are your graphics sold " AS IS" ?

- This means that by purchasing or downloading anything from this site it is assumed that you have a working knowledge on how to use said graphics.    I can not offer refunds on digital products, but if for some reason you are having trouble getting your files, contact me and I will work with you to try and get your item(s).   However, if for some unforeseen reason like your computer felt it was time to go on the fritz and you didn't have a chance to back up your files, which CAN happen believe me...  ;)  let me know and I will resend you your order.   If you are still unsure, please feel free to contact me.
